In Moonkin spec everything seems to work normally now (i.e., all the shapeshift controls appear in the normal order).I did try to use Vanishing Powder to remove it from my spellbook prior to this; that didn't work.I don't know if it's possible to remove it from the spellbook or the stance bar currently without an addon but it does seem like Missing: tree of life.
